The meeting is called to order at 3:27pm by Committee Chairman, Jason Ervin. Roll-call is taken and there is quorum with 18 committee members present in-person and 6 members remote.

The first order of business is public comment which opener with Tyjuan Sims. He says he plans to not get kicked out of any City Council meetings this year to witness exactly how the city will get around $1.12 billion in debt stemming from the migrant arrival.
