The purpose of the Affordable Housing Review Board shall be to provide professional expertise and community perspective in the evaluation of proposals for affordable housing programming, as well as recommendations for funding. The Board advises the City Council and City staff on affordable housing matters. The Board shall incorporate principles of equity into its decision-making to properly serve the City’s minority communities.
